About
My name is Veronika, and I am a photographer working at the intersection of landscape, documentary, and portrait photography. I live between Northern Norway and the Czech Republic. I work as a seafarer, and I spend much of my life in motion — at sea, on the road, between landscapes.
Photography helps me slow down and transform fleeting moments into a story told through my eyes, through the camera lens. My work grows out of observation — of details, the ever-changing play of light, and the quiet beauty of nature and human emotion.
Many of my images are created on the surface of the sea, where light, space, and composition constantly shift with the movement of the vessel. Light and movement thus become the main themes of my work — not as an effect, but as carriers of atmosphere, calm, and subtle drama.
I photograph landscapes, wildlife, people, personal projects, and commissioned work. I believe in photographs you want to return to — not for their perfection, but for the feeling that remains within them.
